- Agree the pay before you start. In sats: share your Lightning address only when the poster confirms the task.
- Meet in public. Tell someone where you go.
- Never pay to get a task. A task that asks for a fee is a scam. Flag it.
- Small tasks only. New to sats? The Library teaches your first wallet.
Board rules and privacy
- The Kazi board is a noticeboard. Altradits lists tasks. It never employs, pays or guarantees anyone.
- Pay is agreed between poster and worker, before work starts. Altradits never sees or holds it.
- Posters: only small, legal tasks in or around Kisumu. No advances from workers, ever.
- What is stored: the words on your task, your name and contact line, the time, and a code that lets you edit or close it. The contact line shows on the public board. That is its purpose.
- Tasks close after 30 days. Ask for deletion any time through Contact.
- Pilot: free, may stop. Rules version 2026-11-06.
