Paste any address. This page checks it on your device and shows what it pays to. Nothing leaves your browser, and it works with no internet.
How to compare safely
- Compare the start, the middle and the end. Scam lookalikes match the first and last characters on purpose.
- A valid checksum stops typos, not substitution. A scammer's address is valid too.
- Malware can swap an address after you copy it. Compare what you pasted with the sender's original, character by character.
- For a large payment, send a small test first and confirm it arrived.
What this cannot do
- It cannot tell who owns an address. It shows what the address pays to, never whom.
- It never needs a private key. If you pasted one by mistake, it says so and stops.
- It shows the network, so a testnet address pasted by mistake stands out.
